Once we decided to work together, Jen came to our house, took photos and then made suggestions of things to do to prepare for the sale. I like how she included by positive things to keep and ranked what changes could be made. This made it feel manageable and helped us determine where to focus our energies. She did the research and helped us come up with a price that would attract the kind of buyers we want and not scare anyone off. The day we took offers could have been very stressful but it wasn't because Jen kept us informed and lightened the mood with a well placed joke or comment.
