I got my start in real estate as a licensed mortgage broker and I was dual licensed until 2019. I am able to use my inside financial knowledge and contacts to give my clients an edge, because knowing every aspect of how the money works affects everything from marketing to evaluations to offers & trends.  The more knowledge you have, the greater your success.
